All the art and writing on rayrayisHAPPY is my copyright, © 2026 Ray, rayrayisHAPPY. None of it is public domain, stock, or free to take.

You are welcome to look, to link to any page, and to share links anywhere you like — please do! What you can’t do is copy the images off the site, scrape it, post my work as your own, or use any of it to make money — not on products, not in ads, not in a business of any kind — unless I’ve agreed to it in writing.

The product maker

The product maker lets you put my art on a mug and buy it. It has its own terms, and they say the one thing that matters most: I own the artwork and every design made with it. Read them here: Product maker terms.

Commissions

Want something painted for you? Get in touch and we’ll work it out. A commission is on whatever terms you and I agree at the time; nothing on this page changes that.

What I collect

No accounts, no tracking, no ads. The only personal thing this site ever takes is what you type into the contact form, and I use that to write back to you and for nothing else. The product maker stores designs, not people — its terms say exactly what.

Shops and other sites

Buy links go to Zazzle. A purchase there is between you and Zazzle under Zazzle’s terms; they make it, ship it, and stand behind it. Links to other sites are there because I like them; those sites are their own.

Changes

I may change these terms. The date at the top says when I last did. Using the site after a change means the new words apply.
