It’s mine

Every painting and cartoon in here is mine. When you put them on a mug — crop them, turn them, tilt them, pick a colour, sign it — that design is mine too. Making a collage design here on my site doesn’t make the design, or its underlying artworks, yours: not the pictures, not the arrangement, not the file. By using the product maker tool you are not being assigned any right to the resulting designs. All of it is my copyright, © 2026 Ray, rayrayisHAPPY.

What you CAN do — plenty!

Enjoy it! Use it for your social media header. Use it as your phone lockscreen. Make a phone case for yourself. Buy the mug — buy two! Share the link with everybody you know. Show it off. This is what it’s all about.

What you can’t do

Own it, or make money off it. Don’t sell it. Don’t put it on anything you sell. Don’t use it in an ad or for a business. Don’t license it to anybody. Don’t say you made the art. I did. That goes for the PNG you can download just as much as the mug — that file is for your eyes and your feed, not for printing to sell.

What I keep

When you share, buy or download, the maker saves a description of your design — which pictures, how they sit, the colour, the signature — under a short link, draws a preview card for it, and counts how many times that link gets opened. That’s it. Nothing about you: no account, no name, no email, no tracking. I don’t want it.

A shared link is public. Anybody with it can open your design, change it, buy it, and share it again — that’s the fun of it. I might show shared designs around the site too, like on the gallery’s billboard, and I might show it on my social feeds to brag about your skills.

Buying the mug

Zazzle makes the mug and sells it — not me. When you press Buy, the maker sends your design’s print over to Zazzle and opens their page, and from there the purchase is between you and Zazzle under Zazzle’s terms. The money goes to Zazzle, the mug comes from Zazzle, and the box has their name on it.

So let me be straight with you: once you’ve bought something on Zazzle, I can’t refund you, and I can’t make you a corrected mug. Zazzle does a great job with personalized products, but if anything is wrong — a print, a colour, a chip, a late box — you’ll need to take it up with Zazzle customer support. They can change or pull a product whenever they like, too. My part is the art. Their part is the mug.

Agreeing

The first time you share, buy or download in a browser, the maker asks you to agree to these terms before it goes on, and it saves the time you agreed along with the design. Keep using the maker after that and these terms apply. The date at the top says when I last changed the words.
