An orange bus pulled up on a wide beach street, with a woman walking the kerb in the left foreground, parked cars behind, and the sea closing the far end of the road.
The street recedes to a vanishing point just left of centre, and the lamp standards step down in height along it to carry the distance. The bus is the one large mass and it sits hard right, balanced by the walking figure at the far left.

Gouache on paper. Matte and opaque, with the pale road laid over the darker ground rather than lifted out of it. Unpainted margins on all four sides.
