Pussy Wrangler, Mersh, Watercolor, Cartoons, Story, Comics
Like this image? I can make something like this for you.

The first Pussy Wrangler strip. Five days at the Sugar Cookie, a day to a panel, in which the dancers bring Mersh one complaint after another — Destiny has slumped the bar again, Candy has dumped a purse in the toilet, Barry will not play the right song, Misty has stolen a regular — while he tries to get through a meal. He finally snaps, and the last panel has him offering a curly fry to a cat.
Six panels in two rows, each stamped with its day in a hand-ruled box at the corner. The hand-lettered title fills the first panel so the strip opens on its own name. The last two panels drop the dancers entirely and leave Mersh alone with the cat, which is what makes the run a joke rather than a list.
Violet and plum through the interiors against the warm orange of the counter, with teal and acid green in the dancers' clothes. The final panel turns almost entirely orange, so the quiet beat is also the warmest.
Brush and pen line filled with flat watercolour, the washes carried right to the ruled panel edges. Faces are modelled; the backgrounds are laid in as single flat fields so the speech carries the panel.
Watercolour and ink on paper.
Not signed. A date in the artist's own MMDDYY hand, 120523, is written small in the lower left — the only dated sheet in the run.
The first cartoon of the PUSSY WRANGLER. Of course called pussy wrangler because he herds cats and women.
