Vote Seahorse

The mount and rider sweep in from the left on a rising diagonal and the block of lettering occupies the whole right-hand third, so the sheet is half picture and half monologue — which is the point of it.

Heavy solid blacks in the water and the mane against an unfilled rider, with fine hatching used only on the creature's hide. The balloon is drawn as a hard-edged box rather than a cloud.
