They are not criminals

A cartoon drawn off the show. A protester at the left holds a placard and insists that they are not criminals, lettered large beside her; a group at the right cheerfully itemises what they have in fact done — crossing illegally, defrauding the government, stealing identities, evading taxes — and a voice at the back adds the murders.
The sheet is split down the middle: slogan and placard on the left, the rebuttal crowd banked up on the right. Both halves are lettered heavily, so the argument is laid out as two columns of text with figures attached.
Black ink on white. No colour.
Close diagonal ruling fills the background on both sides and the figures are left unfilled, with solid black only in hats and hair. One word on each side is drawn in heavy bold outline.
Ink on paper, drawn as a cartoon for the show.
Lettered ROTC TOONS at the lower centre with the artist's name and a date in MMDDYY beside it.
Two cartoons: fat and illegal.
