The Maniak metal cards

Three metal trading cards for The Maniak, the Johnny Rocket comic drawn by Ray Patrick, bagged in rigid sleeves on a black tabletop. Two of them show the same cover art — a helmeted head filling the frame, mouth open on a double row of teeth — printed as a coarse halftone, one warm and one cold. The third, face up at the left, is the title alone in heavy white letters with a red slash and spatter thrown across it.
Shot close and from above at an angle, so the three cards overlap down a diagonal and not one of them is square to the frame. The sleeves catch the light in broad flat panels, which is most of the picture's geometry; the black table shows only at the edges.
Metal silver and a cold blue-white off the sleeves against flat black, with the red thrown across the title card the only colour in the frame.
Available indoor light at close range with the reflections left in rather than worked around — the glare across the top right sleeve is the thing that makes the cards read as metal and not as paper.
