The California gym
A Travel Edition cartoon drawn off the show. Two visitors stop outside a storefront offering yoni steaming, a colon cleanse station and rectal massage, and decide they should probably go. Inside, a client is being encouraged through one more set.
The street front runs across the sheet with its signage ruled flat, the two visitors seen from behind in the foreground at the left, and the interior visible through the window at the right — so the reader looks past the characters into the joke.
Black ink on white. No colour.
Heavy solid black in the hair and the doorway against open line in the signage, which is all hand-lettered. The figures nearest the reader are drawn largest and least detailed.
Ink on paper, drawn as a cartoon for the show.
Lettered ROTC TOONS: TRAVEL EDITION at the lower centre with the artist's name and a date in MMDDYY at the right.
