Ringside
2025-04

Like this image? I can make something like this for you.

A bearded man in a sweatband and an open orange shirt sits in a corner chair at ringside with a drink in his hand, while a woman in a bikini leans over him pouring from a bottle and a camera rig watches from above. Several rows of spectators are drawn in behind.
The two figures are centred and large, with the crowd laid in as a flat decorative band behind them and the ring apron running across the bottom. The camera at the top right is the only thing breaking the symmetry.
Orange and coral through the shirt against cold blue and lilac in the crowd, with pink in the ring apron and turquoise accents through the straps and the sweatband.
Ink line filled with flat watercolour, the crowd painted in repeated faces at low contrast so it stays behind. The two foreground figures are the only ones modelled.
Watercolour and ink on paper.
Signed with the artist's name at the lower right and dated in MMDDYY beside it.
