Presidential run
A cartoon drawn off the show. Two candidates deliver their platforms side by side — one promising to put his transition team in full effect with a named ally, the other that lap dances will only be given with consent, and that his hairline is not receding. A small balloon between them adds a further opinion about a third party.
Two half-length figures facing out, one to each half of the sheet, with a balloon apiece above and a third squeezed into the gap at the centre. The symmetry is deliberate — it is a ticket, drawn as a poster.
Black ink on white. No colour.
Dense crosshatching in both faces and solid black in the suits, so the pair read as formal portraits with the speech doing all the damage. One word is drawn in heavy bold.
Ink on paper, drawn as a cartoon for the show.
Lettered ROTC TOONS: PRESIDENTIAL RUN along the lower edge with the artist's name and a date in MMDDYY at the right.
