Pastrami sandwich with roasted peppers and pepperoncini
A split roll on a white paper plate, loaded with thick slices of peppered pastrami whose black crust runs the length of every cut, with roasted red peppers heaped at one side and sliced pepperoncini laid over the meat. Shot close enough that the grain of the pastrami and the fat marbling through it fill most of the frame.
