No customers on stage

Mersh hauling a customer bodily off the stage at the Sugar Cookie, the man howling and thrashing in his grip while banknotes scatter across the boards. A sign at the foot of the stage reads NO CUSTOMERS ON STAGE. Mersh has a cigarette going and does not appear to be exerting himself.
Both bodies are stacked on a single rising diagonal that runs out of the top right corner, with the sign squared off along the bottom edge as a caption. The stage floor is tipped steeply toward the viewer so the scattered money stays legible.
Olive and acid yellow through the stage floor against the slate blue of Mersh's shirt and the dusty pink of the customer's. The banknotes are the only clean green.
Heavy ink contour with flat washes inside it and no blending. The faces are the most worked part of the sheet; the floor is one broad wash with the boards drawn over it afterwards.
Watercolour over ink in a spiral-bound sketchbook, photographed as a page at an angle.
No signature within the painted area.
