Mustard-slathered brisket and sausages on the smoker
A whole brisket laid across the smoker grate under a yellow coat of mustard and cracked spice, ringed by a dozen sausages slathered in the same mustard. Smoke hangs across the top of the frame and the fence beyond is out of focus.
