Let us solidify our agreement with a wiener

The Juicy Hippo is parked at a farmers market and finds it has company. A rival vendor insists he pays his fees like everyone else, a woman explains that she and her mother run this market and their special wieners go in people's mouths here, and Marie asks whether they should sell wieners at all. The argument is settled by eating one.
Six panels. The truck is drawn once, wide, at the opening and never again; after that the strip is all faces at close range, which turns a pitch about territory into an argument between heads.
Turquoise and cornflower through the truck and shirts against the hot orange and coral of the market awnings, with a bright yellow in the hair.
Ink line with washes laid flat and quickly, and small hand-drawn impact marks used instead of modelling to carry the raised voices.
Watercolour and ink on paper.
