Kill them now
Mersh riding a low open rig loaded with cats, firing a long weapon out to the right in a spray of fluid, while an inset panel at the lower right shows a snarling cat under the lettering KILL THEM NOW.
A wide panel with the vehicle driving left to right across it and the inset dropped into the lower right corner like a cut-in close-up, so the sheet carries both the wide shot and the reaction at once.
Violet and plum through the rig and the smoke against acid green and gold at the right where the weapon fires, with the inset in flat scarlet and blue so it separates from the scene around it.
Ink contour with washes worked wet and allowed to bloom, the smoke dragged out in long curls. The inset is painted flat and hard-edged against all that wetness, which is what makes it read as a different shot.
Watercolour and ink on paper, worked as cover artwork.
