Dr. Retard: surgery
A cartoon drawn off the show. An operating theatre in which the surgeon stands at the table in an apron and a novelty T-shirt, drinking from a mug and describing the patient's insides as squishy, while two masked colleagues wonder aloud whether he should be doing that and conclude that it is how he connects before surgery.
The theatre light hangs at the top centre like a sun, with the surgeon directly beneath it and the patient running out of the frame along the bottom left. The two doubting colleagues are ranged at the right, so the sheet reads as one man under a spotlight and his audience.
Black ink on white. No colour.
Solid brushed black fills the walls and throws the white gowns forward, with hatching reserved for the instruments and the gloves. The one shouted word is lettered large in bold outline.
