Dr. Retard: nuggets
A cartoon drawn off the show. A woman collapses in diabetic shock and someone shouts for help; the doctor announces that he has chicken nuggets in his pocket and asks whether she wants ranch or barbecue sauce. A child calls him a hero and a bystander declares another life saved.
Four balloons run along the top edge like a line of captions, with the standing doctor at the centre of the sheet and the casualty laid across the bottom in solid black. Onlookers fill both margins.
Black ink on white. No colour.
Vertical hatching behind the group makes a flat wall and the fallen figure is laid in as solid black, which gives the sheet its only weight. The lettering is plain and unshaded so the gag reads fast.
