Dirt track through scrub with long shadows

A dirt track running back through scrub, with trees crowding the left, a bare slope beyond and long shadows thrown across the ground.
The track enters at the bottom edge and runs back to the left of centre, carrying the eye; the tree mass closes the left half and the distance opens at the right. The shadows cross the track as diagonals and are what fix the light.
Emerald and sap green in the trees against a track of cream and ochre, with the shadows in plum and violet. The far slope is tan and olive; the sky a quick cerulean wash.
Dry and broken — the brush dragged over the paper so the grain shows through, and the foliage stamped in separate touches. The shadows are single transparent pulls laid over dry colour and never corrected.
Watercolour on paper. Transparent throughout, with unpainted margins on all four sides.
Lower left, RAYRAYISHAPPY, in black over the track, letters widely spaced.
