D Tractor, page 16 — I wrote a critique
D Tractor page 16: VITO rises on a cart to say the ice cream fukin sucks, DICK waves his critique, and ETHAN's blade comes out. A zombie comes over the rail at them with half a face; the gauntleted fist goes through four of them at once and keeps going. SHINK. SHHWOOOSHHH. CHACK.
A row of talking panels across the top and one long action panel beneath, the attack reading left to right along a single horizontal with the lettering drawn into the slipstream.
Cold blue and violet through the cape against emerald grass, with the impact in crimson and gold and the lettering in yellow outline.
Watercolour over ink, the talking panels painted flat and the action panel dragged in long directional strokes. The sound effects are outlined and shadowed and allowed to cross panel borders.
