D Tractor, page 11 — the queue at the cart

D Tractor page 11: the queue at the BLAZIN cart is eight deep and the machine goes WIZZZ, CLICK, CLICK. A bald man, a man with a halo, a totoro hood, a green helmet lettered FROG, children, a pram — and somebody in the middle of it saying awe shit, it's Gary and the zeros, they hate my guts.
The banner hangs at the upper left and the crowd banks up behind it in rows of diminishing scale, with a speaker and a cart at the lower right among the machinery. Nothing in the frame is empty.
Orange and vermilion in the banner against emerald, lilac and cold blue through the crowd, with the sky in rose and the grass in acid green.
Watercolour over ink with every figure given its own colour so a hundred heads stay readable, and the sky brushed wet into wet. The graffiti lettering is outlined and shadowed.
Watercolour and ink on paper.
Signed with the artist's handle at the lower centre.
