D Tractor, page 10 inks — two parking spots
The inks for D Tractor page 10: the Cadillac climbing a rise with a cloud behind it — we gotta pick up Ethan, you think he'll have pie? I missed breakfast! — and under it the parking lot shot straight down, the car across two bays and every other car between its lines.
The sheet photographed flat on the blue board, two wide panels one above the other, the overhead panel reading as a diagram.
Black ink on white with the blue of the board round it.
Pen line throughout, the long speed hatching under the car laid in with a ruler's patience and the balloons lettered before the drawing is finished.
Photograph of the original inks, pen on paper.
Unsigned — a page in progress.
