Crowd scene in colour

The crowd picture part-painted, photographed on the desk with masking tape still down the edges. Colour has reached the cart, the lettering and roughly half the heads; the rest are still waiting in line.
The same tilted rectangle, shot at an angle so the tape and the desk show. The painted and unpainted halves divide the sheet diagonally, which is not composition so much as a record of where the brush had got to.
Teal, orange and oxblood through the cart and the ground against the fresh skin tones of the painted faces, with hand-lettered sound effects in red and cream.
Watercolour laid over finished ink in flat areas, working outward from the cart. Edges are taped so the border stays clean.
Watercolour and ink on paper, in progress.
Not signed; the sheet is unfinished.
