Champions drink Red T!ts
A woman with a heavy black bob leans back against a bar in a sheer bodice and gloves, holding a drink, in front of a craps table marked NO LIMIT. The Kitty City sign hangs behind her, a bottle of Red T!ts stands on the shelf, and two gamblers are at work along the rail.
The figure is placed off-centre to the right and lit against a dark backbar, with the table running away to the left on a hard diagonal. The sign and the bottle sit in the upper band so the room announces itself above her head.
Black ink on white. No colour.
Solid black in the hair and the bodice against bare paper in the skin, with the table felt rendered in fine contour lines like a map. The dark is placed to do the lighting rather than to describe shadow.
Ink on paper.
Signed with the artist's name at the right and dated in MMDDYY beside it.
