Battle bot betting
A man in dark glasses roars with his mouth wide open, head thrown back, while behind him a packed arena looks down into a pit where small machines are fighting. His shout is lettered across the top of the crowd.
The head takes the left half at enormous scale and the arena recedes behind it on a steep diagonal, so one face and several hundred spectators share the sheet without competing. The lettering bridges the two.
Black ink on white. No colour.
The head is modelled in dense crosshatching while the crowd is drawn as a field of small repeated marks, so the two halves of the picture are built by different means. The lettering is outlined and left open.

Signed with the artist's name at the lower right, with a date in MMDDYY beneath it.
