All this cash ain't absorbing much

A cartoon drawn off the show. A woman sits weeping on a heap of banknotes, dabbing at her face with one of them and complaining that all this cash is not absorbing much. From the right a bearded man in an ROTC tank top asks, with no sympathy at all, whether they are doing this or whether she intends to keep crying.
The seated figure and her pile of money fill the left two thirds, with a lettered sign behind her, and the questioner leans in from the right edge at a larger scale so the sheet closes on his face.
Black ink on white. No colour.
The banknotes are drawn as hundreds of individual hatched rectangles, by far the heaviest labour on the sheet, against open line in both figures. One word in the balloon is drawn in heavy bold.
Ink on paper, drawn as a cartoon for the show.
Lettered ROTC TOONS at the lower right with the artist's name and a date in MMDDYY beside it.
